CRBA Ukraine Paperwork

Hello,

I'm looking for some tips on what paperwork I need to provide to the embassy claiming that I have been in the US for 4 years before the child birth?

I lived in the US up until I was 25. Served in the US military from 2009-2014.

What would you suggest that I provide to prove I lived in the US? Just want to get the paperwork right before we go to the embassy. We all know how specific they can be.

Thanks

First, you have to show proof of US Citizenship acquired before your child was born,

Second, proof of 5-year residency in the US, I am not sure if you have served in the US military outside US can also count as US residency... others may comment on that

As a proof of residency, you can bring school records, employment records, social security earnings reports, bank statements, leasing contracts... anything that shows you physically lived in US...
