Trump loses election lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan, drops Arizona case

Judges have dealt double blows to President Trump's longshot attempts to disqualify enough ballots to win the presidency.

On Friday, a Michigan judge rejected a conspiracy-laden injunction claiming election irregularities were rampant in Detroit's Wayne County. Trump supporters' lawsuit claimed the vote count was plagued by fraud, but Circuit Court Judge Timothy Kenny said the suit didn't prove he should halt certification of the vote or order it to be audited, Bloomberg reports.

So many DENIEDs in the conclusions. looks to be a recurring theme for majority of the lawsuits (and it wont change the outcome anyway but more on going with the narrative that this election is rigged, like majority of the other unsubstantiated claims that had been made since Birther movement)

I am glad everyone is getting the opportunity to see the legal recourse in action and receiving the proof they needed to come to terms with the election results.

President Trump taps Rudy Giuliani to take over election legal fight: Sources

President Donald Trump has installed Rudy Giuliani to lead the legal efforts he has mounted to resuscitate his failed bid for a second term in office, a move that comes after a series of court defeats Friday, two sources told ABC News.

A spokesperson for Giuliani confirmed his expanded role for the president.

The decision, first reported by The New York Times, also came following court filings from the law firm that had been handling some of the Trump campaign's legal efforts. Lawyers from K Street firm Porter Wright Morris & Arthur have asked to withdraw from the federal lawsuit the Trump campaign filed in Pennsylvania to challenge the election results there.

not surprising. they are one of the last big firms that left. he is down to some random lawyers in different areas with questionable ethics. they didnt say why. i hypothesize it is for one of 3 reasons - 1-they arent getting paid because he is broke and so is the campaign, 2-they got tired of bringing baseless suits that are getting thrown out, and understand that they are getting close to being rule 11'd, and this is horrible publicity for them, 3-one or more of their other big money clients is getting tired of the negative publicity and is looking for a different firm to represent them

lets be real, they dont really care about sowing doubt in the election, they are just like every other big law firm and want that $$$$$$$
