I noticed that a few lately have had their interview dates about a month to the day after their pkt 3 was submitted.

Was this a fluke do you all think? I"m asking 'cause we haven't found a place in Alex yet and I'm supposed to be there from July 21 to July 29 so now I wonder if we should just get a place in Cairo...which would royally suck since it's hot as hell and hard to breath there already and we're talkin' a month away.

:help:

Well I'll enjoy *him* but not too sure I'll enjoy *it*. lol. I hate the heat and I have asthma so not being able to breathe will put a damper on things. :unsure:

Doodle, If I were you I would stay in Alex and if necessary, commute over to Cairo (or just stay one or two nights if you need to be there early). You could keep the place in Alex and leave all your stuff there and just back a day pack for Cairo.

Good idea!!! I keep forgetting it's only like a 2 to 3 hour drive so it's not like we can't just drive there. Hopefully he'll have it before I get there but who knows.

Now I'm getting nervous. :blink::wacko:

Superjets! We took one of these from Alex to Cairo twice. They certainly do have A/C and aren't afraid to use it. You will need a sweater if you use one of these buses. They also serve refreshments, bonus!

I took the train to Alex in February and its not bad. But EVERYTHING in the train station is in Arabic. I had to have help there. The train was comfy and they DID serve breakfast...for a price. You can also fly for a small price to. Flights are under 50 dollars.
