DNA Collection

Hello all. 
Please I would like to know if any US ambassy in the world have resume routine DNA Collection sample. I am US citizens serving in the us armed forces. Us ambassy in Cameroon is still close for routine DNA sample collection and they told me they don’t have approximate date on when they will resume.

Same with Lagos Embassy in Nigeria. Hoping they resume soon.

We received notice on December 1 that the DNA collection appointment would be in December 8. The kit was sent to the embassy in Early September right after the interview. The DNA results just came thru and were sent to the embassy via email. We will start calling and emailing the embassy next week. Good luck

Nice. I received appointments for January 26. How long it takes to get result after Ambassy collect sample? Also did you do a new medical exam?

We had a little issue due to the DHL labels expiring after 90 days so the lab had to resend. From collection to results it took exactly 4 weeks. Without that issue and the holidays, it would probably take half the time. Currently waiting on the call to hopefully come pickup passport with issued visa
