it is highly unlikely it will even go anywhere since it wont have an affect on the outcome.

 

AZ only allows recounts if the difference is something like 200 votes in elections with over 25000

That is not what we should expect from our governmental bodies.  If there is a wrong, it should be corrected rather than allow it to continue.  As to it not existing, it seems pretty clear according to the PA constitution that laws are made in the legislature, not in the courts.

  Specifically, when allegations of voter fraud with mail in ballots started in June, it seems to be more of an attempt at creating a self fulfilling prophesy absent any proof, and based on expectation alone. It's not something the court will indulge indefinitely.

they should be finished by the 20th-the 23rd when GA and PA certify. expect a very noisy week in the courts next week. more of the usual chaos we have come to expect the past 4 years. so ready to be done with it.

I am actually appreciative of the Trump/GOP bringing these actions. The come before the judge and are asked if they have evidence of fraud, they have to say no, because there is none. If they never came to court, the mythology would never be officially debunked.

  I'm not sure the narrative doesn't just change to reflect the outcome. Now the justices are all against Trump too.
