Question about go to school, when the I-485 is processing.

Please help.


We have submitted and got the receipt number for the I-485 document from USCIS.


I am very confused, she wants to go to medical school, she needs to take some prerequisite courses for medical school. If my wife will graduate next spring semester for her master's degree, does she can go back to school to take some classes without the F-1 Visa ?(Because after the spring semester, she will finish her master's degree and lost the F-1 Visa. )


We live in Florida, I don't know Does she can qualify for an in-state tuition fee? and can she take some class when the I-485 is processing?
