Did you see the premium processing update on your file yet? Our lawyer took his sweet time and just sent pp request yesterday. 😕. Just wondering if it'll show premium processing on original receipt or whether they'll issue a new one

I have not.  My attorney says he sent the application for pp last Friday Feb 26, so USCIS would receive Mar 1st.  No update yet on my USCIS site.  I will ask him if they usually post a receipt notice or log entry when receiving the pp request.

Well, I asked.  Apparently it didnt go to USCIS until yesterday.....:(  so yours and mine will likely arrive at the same time!  The race is on!  He said there should be a receipt number issued and should have it tomorrow.  I will confirm here.

I just checked and our receipt did update to saying "case was received March 03".  Now we wait 15 calender days!!!

Wow!  That is awesome.  Well done you!  Time for a champers!  Mine has a RFE, which was just payslips, so I have sent them already to the attorney to send off.  Hopefully I am not far behind you.

Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed

We approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX, and emailed you an approval notice.

Congrats everyone. Seems like everybody who posted here has gotten their visas or extensions.

My wife also got her E-3 On Monday in Sydney and is on her flight back right now. Very relieved.

Congrats @Bepster. I ended up in Santiago and had a smooth renewal process after the 10 day hotel quarantine. So glad we're all sorted now!
