oci OCI processed but not being returned by CKGS

Hello,

We applied for OCI for my wife in September via CKGS. We see online that the ministry has processed the OCI and returned it to the Indian consulate in San Francisco on Nov 4th. But CKGS has not picked it up and shipped it back to us (we paid for all the return shipping). Calling the line at the consulate does not help as no one picks up. And calling CKGS does not help as it looks like the line is disconnected.

 

Any suggestions in pursuing this would be appreciated.

CKGS is no longer the service provider for Indian consular services. It is now VFS. Let me see if I can get you a helpline number. Also, there is an Indian expat FB group that has answers to most of these questions. I can send you the link via a PM if you are interested.

Thanks @Jeanne Adil and @RunTheRoad. The OCI was delivered today by UPS. I am not sure if CKGS picked it up and delivered it or if UPS picked it up directly from the Indian consulate but I am happy it is delivered.
