Died OF covid or WITH covid (if you even believe the faulty test results). There is a big difference between the two. Willing to bet a vast majority of those people died of something else but just happened to test positive for covid.

I mean, I've gone over this in my earlier post about attending an Emmy event the other day. Everyone had to be vaccinated and show proof of it before being allowed admittance. And the actual Emmys themselves went further than the event I attended, because attendees had to submit proof of a negative test within 48 hours of the event. The event I attended (which had about 100-125 people) felt as safe as that sort of thing could be. The reality is that we have the lowest transmission rate of the virus in the country right now in this state. Fully vaccinated people CAN congregate with each other without masks, per state and federal guidance. I dunno, I'd rather be around a bunch of people who were fully vaccinated and proved they were COVID negative than go to an event where there aren't any restrictions at all, and no one has to prove vaccination status or show a recent test.

 

Honestly, it's probably the most attention Fox et al. have paid to the Emmys in years (besides news ones) which is very funny to me.

Hmm,  this is what I found for LA County.  They are a little confusing is the first part, then they add the recommendations.  So which one takes precedent?

 

EVERYONE*, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask:
