That's for Iceland, just to be clear. The website (omg that website's design aesthetic is like a complete flashback to 2003 ) does point that out, but it's not clear from the graphic here alone. But this thread on Twitter has some additional information discussing those figures which give greater context -- it's worth reading the whole thing.

Um, did you even read my post? 😂 That's literally what I said. But I was making it clear for the drive bys who don't do that kind of deeper investigation and see only a graphic. More context can't hurt, can it? :)

Man -- that's a HEAVY dose of ivermectin!  Most sources say 0.2 mg/kg, meaning that a 200-lb. patient should get 18 mg total (variably, in one oral dose or 3 of 6 mg each).

See article from just today:

Why all the fuss about Ivermectin?

By Brian C. Joondeph - September 3, 2021

[...] Does ivermectin work in COVID?  I am not attempting to answer that question, instead looking at readily available information because this drug has been the focus of much recent media attention.  [...]

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

But that's for intestinal parasite treatment. I found the CDC website that Twitter rando is referring to and ivermectin is specifically mentioned in the context of treating parasitic intestinal infections:  https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/guidelines/overseas-guidelines.html

It makes sense to treat people who live in places with rampant intestinal parasitic infections with ivermectin.

And we continue to see this stupidity promoted in this forum.
