H1B while a K1 is pending

We sent our k1 application in September 2020 but I (the benefitiary)  just got  a potential job offer to be sponsored for an American company to work with them. We wonder if the company sent the petition  how that would impact or affect our K1 application. Please give me all the information you can.

you cant just like that get H1b visa. H1b application can be filed Starting April 1st of every year. H1b status will only  start on October 1st of the year of filing.  its not like you can apply got H1b and it gets approved. H1b visa are over subscribed 3-4X its annual limits.  

 

H1b and K1 are not releated so one has no implication on another.
