Saudi Arabia Police Certificate Rejected for K-1

Hi all,

My parents are Egyptian and they live in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh and applying for K-1 visa from there. I submitted all paperwork for them to NVC, everything good accepted except the Police Certificate (Saudi Arabia). I did not get explanation message from NVC what's wrong with the police certificate and asked them for a extended info (which may take up to 6 week until they respond). In the meanwhile, does anyone have faced this issue before that a Police Certificate is rejected? If yes, what was the reason for that and how did you fix/correct it so its accepted by the NVC?

Was the document cropped at all or older than a year?

Hello.  You are applying for a K-1 fiance visa for your parents?

A K1 is for a fiance so I hope this is not what you applied for.

Not at all its all visible and its less than a year. The weird thing is that they accepted my dad police cert and didn’t accept my mom. We followed same instructions for both

I applied for I-130 and then IR5 as normal nevermind the title

The NVC accepted it after i called and reported that rejection reason is unclear. They forwarded the case for supervisor review and the supervisor adjusted it to accepted. Thanks all for your help!
