Hello everyone,

So we got invited by USCIS for AOS

In the letter they ask that I provide letter from my employer, verifying current rate

of pay and average weekly hours and pay stubs for the pass 2months.

My question is since I drive doordash, how do I request for letter of employment

and every other thing USCIS requested for concerning my place of work?

Also, if you have also a delivery driver and has gone through the process already,

kindly share your experience and what I need to do.

Thanks

I believe you are not considered an Employee, you are a contractor and thus wouldnt be able to get a letter of employment.

1099-MISC are for non-employee compensation. You dont get a W2

A Dasher is an Independent Contractor, not an Employee.
