Submitting DS-3025 rather than I-693

Hi,

I am about to submit my I-130 and I-485 for adjustment of status. However, I have not had time to get an I-693 medical certificate and need to submit the applications early this week before my Visitor Visa expires on 11/13/2020.

I had previously applied for a K1 visa while resident in the UK and completed a successful medical in London on 03/04/2020. I am planning to submit this (DS-3025) along with an explanation letter as evidence of completion of the medical requirements.

Does this sound reasonable or am I likely to get a RFE requiring me to get a proper I-693?

Any advice would be much appreciated

You should get a RFE hopefully rather than a denial.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Just got my greencard.

I submitted I485 with a copy of DS3025 ( showed "completed" and received all required vaccines)

Did not get medical exam in the US, and they did not even ask to see the original copy of DS 3025 during interview.
