I hope @MaleAlpha is right. I would love the processing times to come down, I personally don't care who does it. But thinking one person is going to change the world is no worse than the other side saying Trump was going to make America Great Again.

There is only one person at a time who can issue executive orders that are then carried out by millions of US government employees. But rolling back the Trump EOs is going to push millions of more applications into a system that is already overwhelmed. Hopefully an EO can speed up the absurdly long processing times by getting rid of unneeded and wasteful verification steps.

  • Nothing will speed up the process when immigration has been slowed down by need of additional funding
  • the fee increase was approved , and then stopped by a judical order
  • they asked Congress for 1.2 billion and were denied

approved was the following:

On September 30, 2020 the President signed H.R. 8337 - the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act, which will fund the government through December 11, 2020. The bill, introduced on September 22, 2020, Rep. Nita M. Lowey (D-NY) includes the language from Emergency Stopgap USCIS Stabilization Act (H.R. 8089), seeks to address USCIS budget shortfall by giving the agency immediate access to existing premium processing funds that were dedicated to infrastructure improvement to cover operating expenses. It also increases revenues by raising existing premium processing fees for most form types and expanding premium processing to other form types to address USCIS’s current budget shortfall. The relevant language begins on page 30 of the Act. Please note that while the law takes effect immediately, the increased fees and expanded availability of premium processing will not take effect until USCIS is able to implement. Timing of implementation is unknown at this time, but we expect a public announcement will be made.

So,  i would expect even longer delays and this would be a money issue and that part has nothing to do with whoever is President but with Congress either giving financial help or the fees increases to happen

Well Texas and guns are kinda like strawberries and cream or peanut butter and jelly... would be kinda weird to have one without the other don’t you think 😂

What does this have to do with anything?  I realize you are trying to insult Texans, but try and make sense so us idjuts understand.

Finally done.

Chill out a little bit. I don't see the election being scammed. It's just so close it is ripe for some fraud. Counting votes has been the way things have been done for over 200 years. Now, the electoral college and doing voting that way kinda rubs me the wrong way, and I would prefer whoever gets the most of the popular vote wins. Seems easy enough, count all the votes, whomever has the most wins. And in this case it looks like Biden.

It helps to avoid mobocracy.  Having 3 or four large states dictating to the other 45+ states would rub me the wrong way.

Finally done.

It’s not trying to insult anyone... Texas is renowned for their cowboy hats and guns used as part of ranching etc and for their oil producing industry... that’s two massive industries within one state...

so one would think that when living in Texas you would vote to keep both industries rather than vote against them.... millions of jobs on the line...not to mention the impacts on the cost living e.g gas at the pump... taxes from oil industry pays for billions into the local economy... if you get rid of it where does the money come from for schools, hospitals, police.... how else will these people put bread on the table.? Perhaps that’s why your family weren’t overly impressed about you voting for Biden..

Shouldn’t be sensitive... it’s about the policy of politics not personal...

take a look at link... the Texas oil industry alone put $16 billion into your state (in one year)... this money helps pay for all the government services such as schools, hospitals fire departments police plus much much more... taking it away would be devastating to the state.. and that’s before you think of the roll on effect from a reduction in oil production

For most applicants Covid was the driving force behind processing delays. It will still be the main driver of delays for the foreseeable future. Especially at the embassy level. If the number of applications increase it is going to only increase the delay.

NO. FRAUDULENT VOTES by the evil LEFT have to be recounted. The democrats, with the help of all the media, US postal service, etc. are trying to steal this election! The ballot-counting can not be stopped the night of any election, which is what happens here. Our GREAT President was LEADING! Around 4am 'lost' ballots in the THOUSANDS showed up at polling stations. All 100% for Biden??? BS. Watch the news (Not the Fake news, but conservative outlets for facts) Once all the VALID REAL VOTES are counted, that will decide the real outcome.

Trump is against ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! Everyone on here are working on entering the US LEGALLY! There's a difference! An example of other countries who criticize President Donald J. Trump:

Trinidad and Tobago. Being a US Citizen, by their IMMIGRATION LAWS, I had to leave after 90 days, then return anytime thereafter. I traveled back and forth like this for the time I spent with my new family. Almost three years. (That's very costly, but my family was worth it!) I returned from a trip and because I did not have a printed return ticket OUT of T&T, they wanted me to leave! When it was confirmed I had a return ticket from the airlines, it was only then they let me re-enter! And they still criticized MY PRESIDENT for doing the same!

(Keep in mind, Obama was the US Prez when this happened. When Trump was elected, they criticized him when he said US will be deporting criminals back to their home countries. These were illegals, committing atrocious crimes like raping and killing.)

That's ALL countries but like the DemoNcrats, the rules don't apply to them. Criminals running from the police in T&T were found in the US. #######? They got a Visa to enter MY COUNTRY but I get when they think I don't even have a return ticket and want to turn me away.

I migrated my wife and stepdaughter who arrived in August, 2018. My wife WORKS!!! (part time) She doesn't have to. She WANTS to. Our daughter had a PT job, herself during the Christmas Season. (before the scamdemic) She WANTS to work!

I've gone on a rant here, but made it as short as possible, with details I hope people will understand. I'm not against anyone entering the US legally and with nothing but good intentions. Same as our President. People coming in expecting 'free' gov assistance, welfare, live off the US tax paying citizens, and any criminal intent, KEEP THAT IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY! America is FULL! No room for you!

**Coming legally IS a long process. Plenty of fees, making it somewhat costly. At times, it will seem as though the process wants you to just throw in the towel and give up. It gets frustrating sometimes. We went through it too! I told my wife, I AM NOT GIVING UP! I'LL GIVE THEM THE DOCUMENTS THEY REQUEST. (They repeatedly asked for some of the same ones we had already submitted. Fine. I kept everything filed and organized and sent what they wanted.) Now that my family is here, I know it was worth all the frustration we went through!

TRUMP WILL BE RE-ELECTED! FOUR MORE YEARS! That's a GOOD thing. The democrats represent a Socialist mind-set. America will NEVER be a Socialist country! It will remain the GREATEST COUNTRY EVER! Trump is keeping our country safe for the US Citizens and safe for the LEGAL Immigrants, from the criminals trying to enter illegally.

On the issue of the Postal Service : You do know that it is run by Trump loyalist and donor, right? So how was he going to fail his own boss? Additionally, if you are late to the party, Dejoy actually tried to dismantle the PO so as to cripple mail-in ballot.

Speak the truth. I do not care if Rep/ Dem. The right candidate should assume office.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

It's no big deal, Trump will get another chance in 4 years. Just because your team didn't win the super bowl, doesn't mean they don't get another chance. I believe, unless Biden changes it, a president is allowed to serve 2 terms.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!
