I just got this, I think my N-400 I filed in December 2021 activated this:

Case Transferred To Another Office
On February 11, 2022, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number YSCxxxxxxxxxx, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 13, 2022, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

The exact same happened to our removal of conditions case six weeks after I filed for naturalization. Someone else here also had a similar experience. I both our cases, the removal of conditions was sent to the NBC for processing. I haven't had any further updates since Dec. 14, which was when my I-751 was updated to reflect that it was sent to the NBC.

I haven't heard from them since too. Let's wait for the good new soon. They will either approve the 10yrs without interview and call us in for N-400 interview or we have a combo interview.

Mine was a combo Interwiev and I got approved on the spot for naturalization.  Good luck! I hope you get interview soon.

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

I have seen the attempts to reschedule fail, and then as a consequence, case is denied. I wouldn’t risk it.

I rescheduled my interview because my wife was hospitalised. And it took 80

days to get the new interview date.

call them to reschedule

My I-751 just changed to New Card is Being Produced. So happy and praise God, the wait is finally over. I will not wait for a day for my N-400.

I’m glad it is all going well for you! They should’ve just scheduled an interview for you since you already have an N-400 pending. Now, you’ll get a green card that you’ll probably have to turn in in a few months when you become a citizen. Whatever lol

Thank you! Looking forward to ending my immigration journey shortly with Citizenship.

Hello! Is anyone in the same boat as me? I had a combo interview in the fairfax office back in April and no updates since. Ive submitted a congressional inquiry but the IO told me that I'd get a oath letter within 30-days but its well over 30-days at this point.

Anyone had this experience? Any ideas on what to do to speed this up? I have lots of upcoming travel and want to finish this process before that.

Hi:

my wife has N-400 interview in July. We have a pending I-751. What should we be aware of? The file is at NBC, so how can we make sure they adjudicate the removal of conditions. I understand it could be a combo interview. The usual, bring more evidence of a bonafide marriage. And both of us will attend the N-400 interview, since it is under the 3 year rule we filed.  Are oath ceremonies provided the same day or will have to wait for a date to be assigned for it?

Thanks

We just had the same experience with a N400 interview with a pending i751 at the NBC. We only got notice of the n400 appointment and nothing about the i751 interview, no notice or invitation.

I would expect a combo interview.

As it happened we made an inquiry about our i751 being out of processing time in Oct 2021, 7 months later the local field office responded indicating they would handle the i751 case at the n400 interview. We got the reply for the inquiry around the same time we got notice of the n400 interview.

Take note it took USCIS 3 weeks to approve both the n400 and the i751. The oath ceremony is scheduled for June 29th.

Our combo interview was on June 16th in Sacramento.

K1 Visa Arrived USA July 2017

Married August 2017

AOS Approved July 2018

Filed for i751 joint application May 2020

Fingerprints reused October 2020, and February 2021 and June 2021 (Yes 3 fingerprint notices)

Case move to National Benefits Center December 2020 for quicker processing from California Service Center

Oct 2021 out of processing time inquiry made, response May 5th 2022 that our i751 case will be addressed at our n400 interview

Combo interview May 16th 2022, in Sacramento

Approved June 08, 2022

Filed for Naturalization May 2021

Fingerprints reused May 2021

Combo interview May 16th 2022, in Sacramento,

Approved June 08, 2022

Oath Ceremony completed June 29th 2022

My interview was in APRIL 2022 - NOTHING since the combo interview, we're not at 3 months after interview and no updates. This is ridiculous, USCIS is the worst.
