Just got my card today too. Actually could have got it on 22nd but USPS managed to lose it by delivering it to someone else's house 4 miles away. Thankfully the gentleman who lives there dropped it back to the post office and I was able to get it back. Quite a fun weekend

Congratulations! So happy for you. Seems YSC is not doing anything regarding 2020 November, yet to hear about anybody who has been approved.

Potomac has not finished I-751s from 2019. There are several May 2019, June 2019 and July 2019 filers around here that sill have not been approved.

Filing the N-400 as soon as you are eligible might help speed up things for you. It's something to consider.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

Thanks! How do I know I am eligible to file N-400? My marriage is 4 years old, I filed I-751 in November 2020, I got 18 Months extension, biometrics waived since March 2021, since then no update.

If you are eligible to file the N-400 based on the 3 year rule. That is 90 days before your 3rd year anniversary as a permanent resident who has been married to a US citizen for those 3 years and that US citizen needs to have been a citizen for those 3 years.

You're welcome! And you can file it even if your I-751 is still pending. In some cases, filing the N-400 speeds things up and you end up having a combo interview for I-751 and N-400 on the same day.

Again, you're eligible 90 days before your 3rd anniversary as a permanent resident. (3 years from the "resident since date" on your green card).

File it online. It is way faster. :)

You will need to include evidence of bona fide marriage. I would include evidence since 11/2020 - that's when you filed your I-751. That will complete the picture for USCIS since the time you filed the I-751.

Hello everyone.

Has anyone tried to file a claim for outside processing times? I go to the uscis page and can’t go forward as is not showing options on form Number selection. The only option showing is select one. Does anyone else have the same problem?
