Thank you ☺️

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Is anyone here looking at the stats for I-751....i noticed that Texas Service Center has approved 3 different VJ in only 4 months! For year 2020 filers.

a) Is this reliable information?

b) How do I get our file to TSC or how is it adjudicated? 😆

c) is there a difference on evidence for ROC and N-400 (under the 3year rule)?

thanks

1) Follow the last few month threads. I've seen  few get serviced quickly. For now, I haven't seen a trend for why those that got approved did.
2) You don't get a choice where your file goes

3) It is assumed you need stronger evidence to file under the 3 year rule than the 5

I've been calculating the time it takes from

DATE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT LOCKBOX

to

DATE CHECKS CASHED

And there's a huge increase in processing times since the court ruling on Sep 30. It's definitely creating a backlog.....

Yep. Noticed the trend too
tis unfortunate. For those with a January expiration date, you really ought to file now
Wait is getting outta hand

Hi everyone. I am preparing our papers now, so not sure if I'll end up as a Nov or Dec filer. I do have a question, since I have been reading about the backlog. Anyone else's State ID's or Drivers Licenses expire on the day of Green Card expiration date? My husbands DL and Green Card expire Dec 21st, and he can't renew it without USCIS confirmation he is in process. How is he supposed to get to/from work and also do the driving at work based off their backlog? I get we should file "early", but they don't necessarily make it that known it could take 4-6 weeks (or more) to get the confirmation.

3) i was referring to the type of evidence. Still the same financials together, mortgages, 401k, health insurance cards and such correct? for ROC and N-400 right? Someone listed the same type of evidence in the N-400 filing group for this year. When I did mine was under the 5 year rule and not through marriage. I am USC by naturalization. My wife on the other hand has the possibility to do it under the 3 year rule.

Yeah it is very unfortunate that there is so much going and we end-up in situations like this.

I would suggest you apply for it as soon as possible, if you can mail out the package by Wednesday(11/25) you still have a good chance of getting the NOA required for DL extension before 12/20

well, my wife is on that Boat also. Her GC expires on the date the DL expires. Alabama i guess does it like that and so do many other States. We did file as soon as the window opened and not expecting to get that extension letter later than January. Her GC expires on February 14 2021. She is lucky  enough to be able to WFH. No driving needed and I get to chauffer her around anyways, lol.

That's not gonna happen. I am waiting for letters from our friends and my dad (who is in Mexico). My husband if filling out the petition as I type this, but I won't get my dad's letter until at least the middle of next week.👎🏼

Your last resort to get it in this month, maybe overnight it to the Fedex, UPS, DHL address? just a suggestion.

We will do UPS. It worked perfectly for the K1 and AOS. In the end, it is what it is. We are always on our knees to the government. Negative outcomes to us doesn't matter to them at all.

You will have till Monday November 30 to get it in. Assuming they pick it up that day or you will get moved to December then. Good luck anyways.
