Some more information about this process. I just entered our case number into our My USCIS profile. It does in fact state they received our Form I-751 on Nov 17th. It also states that if we don't receive the receipt notice by Dec 17th in the mail contact the USCIS contact center. The agent on the phone  today also stated that since we didn't receive it yet I should request another form to be mailed. Judging from whats been happening im sure its safe to assume they were a little off with the Dec 17th date and we should be receiving the receipt ( paper form ) in the mail from USPS within the next week or so. Thoughts on this? Thanks everyone. I hope this also helps if some people come across these issues along their own timeline.

They are definitely off
That's the normal language. under NORMAL circumstances, shouldn't take a month for NOA to come by
But we all know that's a lie these days. lol

I mean folks aren't even getting checks cashed prior to 30 days!
Don't read into it. Just take it when u get it

Hi everyone,

thank you for all your posts and information, it is been great for my immigration anxiety. Quick question. The date of the filled is that date of my form or the actual date when uscis person picks up my package? I would love to know because my GC expires January 14 and my package arrived nov 30 and nothing yet. If they open my application after the 14, does that mean my case is gonna be check as late  file.

Nope. They didn't open my case until December 30th but online it still says "on November 13th, 2020, we received your form I-751" which is when it was delivered to the lockbox

Hey guys. My package was delivered on 11/19 still haven't heard anything, called them a couple days ago and nothing in the system yet.  Is there anyone else here whos package was delivered on 11/16 through 11/20 and haven't got any update?

Hey, my package was delivered on 11/18 and I haven’t heard nothing at all as well. I guess we need to wait one more week, looking at others here it looks like it should happen something soon ...

Oh you're like me. I sent mine on 30th November and it wasn't delivered til 26th December and my gc expires 22nd January which means I know they won't touch it anytime soon so im expecting a notice after this month

They're only processing November packages it seems. I don't see anyone in the December group having theirs touched yet. And since my was delivered in December id probably have a little wait. I can be hopeful. I just want my check to be cashed then at least I'll feel a little better.

My driving license expires the same day so my husband is going to have to take me and pick me up from work until I can renew  my driving license 🥴 hope you get something soon.

you are right. sorry to put your hopes up. Did you use your 90 day window or did you wait to send it out? We filed the 3rd day our window opened.

Well I didn't send it too late. It should have arrived December 4th, as I used 2day priority but the usps mail was so messed up that it took almost a month. I sent it November 30th. My card expires jan 22nd. So I was still in my window. It said that it was delivered 26 December. I didnt even think that it would take that long to get there. I was driving myself insane.

My GC expires feb 25. I signed, dated and mailed my application on Nov 27th. Delivered to lockbox NOV 28th. Does anyone know if I got the 90 day rule right?

i can do the math, but better just do GC expiration date minus 90 days = exact day that window opens

yes, that is right November 27th used a website to count days.

I found a calculator on USCIS. See below. I was second guessing if I filed 90 or 91 days.
