I-751 November 2020 filers

Hey guys. My package was delivered on 11/19 still haven't heard anything, called them a couple days ago and nothing in the system yet.  Is there anyone else here whos package was delivered on 11/16 through 11/20 and haven't got any update?

Hello everyone.

 

UPDATE:

My package was delivered on November 16th, 2020 and the check was cashed on December 31st, 2020 or January 1st, 2021. I was provided with the information of my petition being processed and it is in the system. In addition, I received my receipt number which I can use to track the progress on the USCIS site. The agent also mentioned that the receipt was mailed out on the 31st of December.

 

I'm praying that everyone else who filed around the same time as me or few days after me to receive some updates soon. I'll come on here to update y'all once I have more information.

I finally bested my phone anxiety and called uscis to get my case number. NOA is not in the mail yet, but at least I can now track the case online and know the service center (SRC)

Mine was delivered 11/20 and check was finally cashed today!

Nothing for us and delivered on 11/16. I am hoping this week. If nothing by Wednesday of next week, we will give them a call since we're nearing 60 days.

Am looking at our spreadsheet and it appears Lots of other filers with your dates are waiting.

I recall someone in the past say USCIS tends to "skip around" like an entire week of files (i.e. those that files 11/16 to 11/20 would hear at different times. 11/20 might hear before an 11/16 folk)  but gets to everybody eventually.

Don't despair. Hang tight- hopefully it's all coming soon!

Does anyone know how to renew a driving license if it expires the same day as my gc? 22nd of january is the expiry for both cards. My package was mailed 11/30 and it was only delivered 12/26! Usps backlog was horrific! Louisiana only gave me a 2yr driving license that expires the same day as the gc. I cannot imagine hearing anything before my expiry date. Ive heard passport stamps or something??🤔

That’s the issue some folks run into.

unfortunately, u cannot renew license until you receive your NOA, which extends your green card.

 

the key is that USCIS has to have your case in the system for proof that you filed it first before anything can really be done and with a December date, you’re very far off from someone reaching your case.

 

am not even sure an info pass or congressman can help right now since your case just got there and no one is even looking at December folks?

I thought so. I dunno how people get to work if they need to drive. Im going to have to figure that one out for myself. I'm so mad with the whole situation. I wish I knew about the delays before I used usps.  I guess I have about 5 weeks before I hear anything ughhh.
