You mean "it says my case was received on November 2nd"?

Yes, even my case status says the same. But if you click on the case history tab, it will show the date then actually opened the case. It shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Yes!! Oh okay thank so much,  finally I be able to sleep lol. Good luck everyone

Hey guys. It has been hard to keep track of all the comments on here. What is the general consensus if our I-751 was marked delivered at the Arizona lockbox facility by the post office on 11/16/20 but without an NOA or email yet from the USCIS? I know it hasn't been a month yet and was just wondering if we should call? Thanks for any advice!

USPS express sent on Nov 27

Received at Arizona lockbox Nov 28

Checks not yet cashed. I need to travel overseas for my job Dec 31st. How long is it taking for a receipt notice from the Arizona lockbox?

Similar timeline. Seems like a 5 week wait.

We could call on 12/17, I suppose.

I filed an i-131 reentry permit along with my i-751 as I am working in Europe. I-131 was also delivered to the Arizona lockbox on Nov 28th.

How long USCIS is currently taking for biometrics on the i-131? I took 3 weeks in 2019. I will need biometrics to be complete before I can leave the country.

Hi there:

Does anyone think we are going to be notified by email or charged (check or credit card) before the holidays? This is getting to be ridiculous now. Sent Nov 17; Received Nov 19.  I have seen on the google sheet, many that filed at the end of October or beginning of November have had a notification already.

Thanks 🥱

Mine was received Nov 28th at the lockbox. I am in the same boat. It seems like it is taking about a month given the holidays and COVID

Currently it's taking 4 -6 weeks for some. There is no guarantee your NOA will be here before the end of the year. We filed Nov 17, received Nov 19. We are expecting to receive it in 2021. Good luck

Yes I did it says on 12/07/2020 your application was rejected it was filed improperly filed and that they are sending the whole thing back and that to  correct  it and resubmit and if the paperwork is  not returned by 01/06/2021 to contact USCIS

My application was rejected as well, because of the wrong fee, I believe. I spoke with the USCIS representative yesterday, she told me that my package was sent back Wednesday, December 9 and I should receive it in the next 15 days. I really hope it will be delivered next week. Please let me know if you get any updates. Good Luck!

When does your Green Card expire? How long are you traveling for? If your expiration date is after the date you return to the US, there shouldn't be any issue at all.

Sorry to go back to an "old" issue, but doesn't anyone else find it weird that in blank spaces, they want "N/A" or "None" written in (can't do it on the computer) where things don't apply so there are no blank spaces.....well....putting N/A in the blank spaces for "Other Names Used" on the first page just seems dumb. I have never seen this done on any form, ever, for obvious reasons 🤦🏼‍♀️

I just re-submitted mine last Wed and left all non-applicable fields 'blank'. I hope it doesn't pose an issue.
