Usually, thirty transit time to NVC from USCIS and then another 2-4 weeks for case number to be assigned. Without the case number you cannot complete the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. So, can't fill out the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application and can't just yet, pay the interview fee.

 

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.
 
So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

I see that you have made changes to your profile. The one thing missing is your visa type. In the end it all helps you as I for one will not go searching throughout your information to give you an answer to your questions. Many of volunteers answer so many questions each day that it would not be advantages to us to always looking for information that clearly can be stated in the person's profile. Look at other profiles and you will clearly a completed profile. Good luck and stay engaged.

Then if it remains at NVC your embassy hasn't asked for it. The authority to ship the case comes from the embassies. If they are not opened to adjudicated/interview your case, they will not ask NVC to ship it. More patience.

Ok it will stay at NVC until Lagos gives them the go ahead to start sending cases again.
