the kraken stuff are for different states. i would not be surprised if sidney powell is sanctioned, and possibly investigated for disbarment, and sued into oblivion for defamation regarding the conspiracy stuff she has been peddling. this is not going to end well for her at all. the judges will show medusa's head and disintegrate this kraken. judges absolutely despise sloppy work and having their time wasted with spurious claims with no proof.

If she's not outright disbarred (and I agree, she should be) I have a hard time believing anyone will be paying for her services any time in the future. Although who knows, the neo-cons have collectively lost their minds so anything is possible. But if there's any justice, Rudy needs to investigated for disbarment as well.

there are people who are trying to petition for it already. his violations are nowhere near as bad as hers are, and at the least he should be sanctioned

It doesn't take them away. It's on appeal so they can't seat the electors yet. I suppose it could drag out past January 5th (if I recall the date correctly) in which case PA wouldn't seat electors and the required EVs to win would go down to 260.

I believe MI for sure. There are lawsuits there due to how certification went down because they were threatened and their families were threatened.  But the AZ governor said that he wouldn't seat delegates while the lawsuits are in play.

It's temporary. I'm under the impression that the merits of this case will be settled in the next several days, there would be no sense in subtracting their electors unless SCOTUS blocks it. The court opinion noted that they don't want to be the ones to pick winners and losers of elections, because the remedy sought was to effectively hand the PA election to Trump. The judge reinforced the idea that PA can put in its own electors, which is true. 

 

The thing with the case, in my layman's understanding, is you have two elements.. the merit of the case itself and the issue of relief. Even if Trump wins on the merits in the end (we know the state is adamantly sided against Trump and they are trying to override their ruling which they're not accustomed to, making them mad lil judges) the relief sought needs to be fair. Handing an election to someone disenfranchises everyone which is as bad as what supposedly occurred. I can't see how an equally destructive "remedy" would be acceptable, so.. they'll likely need to come up with other ideas for relief, if they succeed at all in the end.
