  There is still five weeks left. I don't want to tempt fate yet. It's Trump though, so there will definitely be 5 horsemen if he goes the apocalypse route.

even if they had the hearing, the wording of the motion was such that anything further would need to be temporarily halted. the certification for the presidential race was already perfected, which means that the stay would not have affected it at all. all it did was to stay any further certifications (i.e. for the state legislator and congressional races) that had not been certified yet. its ironic because the plaintiff Mike Kelly just stopped the certification of his own race. now that the stay is lifted, by the time the PA SC hears this case, if they do, it will likely be dismissed as moot. the other thing thats funny is if this had not been continued, it looks like the entire PA House and half the Senate were due to be seated on Monday, so if anyone (mostly q spiracy morons) was hoping to have the legislature try and send electors (LOL would never have happened anyways), there would have been no legislature to do so. this was an amazingly epic fail.
