You're conflating. The FBI took out FISA warrants because they were monitoring Russian interests. The Trump campaign was caught up in that because (surprise!) they were talking with Russian interests. But that's been spun into "Obummer was spying on Trump," and there is zero evidence of Obama ever ordering surveillance on the Trump campaign. And here's an easy way to tell: AG Barr has actively resisted calls from Trump to bring charges. There is no evidence, and he'd be laughed out of court.

I imagine folks in Joe's transition team have been talking to Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese interests, should they be prosecuted?  Of course the Trump campaign would need to manufacture some sort of phony dossier first, or we can just look at all the evidence the Biden family has provided.

I seriously doubt Biden has spoken with Russian or Ukraine or Chinese interests. But I don't know. Given the climate and what Democrats have accused Trump of doing, it would just be very surprising to me that he'd do the same thing. But feel free to cite a source, maybe I'm wrong.

Did I say Joe personally?  He now has filled some of the high level foreign policy positions much like Trump did during his transition, I wonder if the new NSA-presumptive has spoken to any foreign ambassadors yet?

FBI took out FISA warrants due to the Steele Dossier that they leaked to a news source so that they could have more proof in order to authorize the FISA warrant. Dude, get out of your bubble because it has been proven that the FISA warrants were BS and did spy on at least 2 high level people with the Trump campaign. So due to the 2-step rule they could wire tap almost everyone including Trump. I sent you the report from the IG Judiciary report but it's obvious you didn't read it

Because all this stuff only came out due to the Flynn case and the defense getting all of the information concerning that case. It came out earlier in the year but no one in the MSM did anything with it at all. Not to mention the past 3 years has nothing but one fake conspiracy after another against Trump

Yep, she wasn't prosecuted even with the huge amount of evidence against her.  The same happened for Obama and Biden.  The elite in this country, and particularly the Dem elite are treated much differently then the common person.  But now we get the Dems are screaming lock him up, execute him and his entire family.  Can you see the double standard, or is it simply that if you agree with one side, they must be right?

Oh come on. So because the defense had access to the information, it suddenly was locked away from the Attorney General? And because the MSM didn't follow up on it, Barr couldn't prosecute? This is hand-waving and weak. If there had been evidence of a crime, it would be prosecuted. As I've said, there is no evidence. Stop making it sound like there was.
