the suit in MI has been dropped, they failed to stop certification in GA, Bucks county suit  got tossed, AZ suit got tossed, PA Elector suit dismissed. expect more dismissals as more certifications come rolling in

 

 

 

 

   They are 1-28 in lawsuits now. You would think that would be enough proof to send a clear message, but I guess they can keep going. Once the results are certified this silliness will stop.

You do realize that these allegations have been debunked and the lawsuits either rejected or thrown out of the courts. So you are just repeating the Rudy 'Straight from the Loony Bin' Giuliani talking points. If you want to be objective why not wait and see what the independant judicial system rules on all of this

Just to clarify, Wayne is a county, Livonia is a city within Wayne county along with many others such as Detroit, Inkster, the Pointes, etc.

I am not sure if they have the choice to selectively certify only parts of the county in their position, but I could be wrong.  My understanding is there were precinct issues in Detroit, Livonia and Inkster, the right thing for them to do was to not certify the entire county and kick it up to the State Board of Canvassers.  Regardless, the vile threats the GOP members of the Wayne County BoC received were way over the top.  I imagine they won't be back.

I appreciate your views and service too, just try not to get caught up in the petty conflicts. You've contributed for a while now and your perspective would be missed. I've done my best to stay within the confines of the rules here knowing there's some lately that are solely posting to antagonize. 

 

Also, the election isn't over yet until either Trump officially concedes or until early January in the usual joint session of Congress certifying the election (or where we'd find out if there'a  contested election). The odds we don't know by then are low (but far more possible today than any other election in my lifetime), and the chances of delaying it slightly beyond the joint session in the event of a contested election are remarkably lower. I was hoping this was something that would be resolved on election day, but like many other things this year, it's required reasonable adjustments in a fight to try and ensure election integrity.

Whether they're successful or not electorally, their heroic dissent and fight to ensure fair and free elections at least showed the public what's at stake, and the personal sacrifices being made shouldn't be wasted.

i agree, there is no reason for intimidation and threats like that. and anyone who did make them should be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.
