Not necessarily. As I've said before, there was a whole mess of discrepancies that happened, along with potential fraud, that landed the R's on our local ballot this year. They went to court about this, but the local GOP had made it so it didn't really matter what the judge ruled (barring if the AG does come up with anything eventually), as local election law just let them on the ballot anyway and since they mostly were 'unopposed' it's obvious the fix was in. There are commonly election issues like this, usually with local ballots where there is a history of incompetence at how it's operated. In the Nevada case I don't exactly see anything in the article that speaks of something fishy going on, but it sounds like there was a lot of bad practices and mistakes being made. It certainly makes sense that the race go again, as 10 votes is a terribly thin margin. It also sounds as if the system worked in rejecting 2000+ ballots with certain errors.

it was caught in the audit, the county election official gonna be ousted because of it. still no material change and there is no pending suits brought as a result of it because it was just a one county error. the audit should finish by tomorrow, then there will be a machine recount because of course there will be. as soon as certification is complete which i believe is Friday.

One county error? It just happens to be in the most populace county in that state.

Another thing Republicans have to understand as well is that these machine and fraud issues are endorsed by Republicans as well. The idea that its just Democrats is ridiculous. It's far more Democrats than Republicans, but you see where Republicans are big fans of it, and coincidentally, in states where the discrepancies are occurring. But this is how both parties misdirect from their own corruption, and get either side to shut up about it because most people are party fanatics defending their own party's corruption while whining about the other's. People absolutely must demand accountability and integrity, things right now are set up for messes just like this. I still don't consider this election over, not just for the President, but for the House, Senate, and state races. We really won't have a better idea until January, and by then I hope at least some of the major issues here are resolved. People just have to not wait to remember these issues around election season, when they're less likely to be resolved.

   Maybe because Trump has doubled down in action as well as word. He hasn't been acting like he is challenging the outcome. He is acting like he won and will be continuing as president for 4 more years and disregarding the election results. He is purposely denying any transition support to the incoming administration, despite being told the danger that presents to the American people.

 

   Many, including me, said they were fine with as many legal challenges and recounts as the Trump campaign felt they needed. What I am not fine with is Trump acting like he won the election. He has no claim to that and he is once again showing a complete disregard for people and displaying that everything  is about himself.

Not local Government, in many States the Dems are in Charge, in Colorado for example Polis and we can operate safety under best Covid practices and avoid all the issues in the Red States.

  Statistically it's more likely to occur with largest dataset. However that is the purpose of a recount in a close race. Now they have recounted votes in the whole state. There were no other errors found. Trump still didn't win.

   So (for 1 example) you have Governor Polis listening to scientific consensus and instituting a broad mask policy and social distancing policy in public for Colorado. Then you have people refusing to wear masks and social distancing because Trump encourages them not to because it's a liberal hoax. Then somehow when everything fails, you wan't to blame Polis?
