You're asking how the virus spread from China?

And how the WHO helped facilitate it?

I don't doubt the distinct possibility it does go nowhere, but I was hopeful for a second that was a place we could actually agree on something, since you said you don't like courts deciding things. 🙁

I don’t.  The state courts already ruled, a federal court has already ruled, so what now?  Is it possible, just possible that this is just more gaslighting from Trump?

And states DO, but ONLY when they abide by the LAW. Which has not happened

Not according to the state and federal courts who have already tossed this frivolous suit

I believe we will be informed of the correct phrasing of the legalities by the lawyers in court in the morning. Then you will see it in print

What kind of proof are you looking for?

Two sets of courts seem to have been unable to find merit in this

That's what they concluded? How would they find it?

What did they rule on? And Trump would be gaslighting with PA poll observers' statements and proof of thousands of dead voters voting that others got?

Goodnight y'all.  It is 0121, which means 1:21am, in Central Germany, where once upon a time I, but now my wife,  was/is defending this great country of ours from all that wish to see it destroyed or undermined. Have a great night

Just know that we stood by and made sure your military ballot was processed and not thrown out like Lt Bonespur asked them to do

Exactly.  No merit no case.  Rather strong wording from judges.

I tried to call the Trump campaign hotline to report that 94,000 people named Hugh Jass tried to vote in Tulsa but the line was busy all day.  I wonder why.

I think you need to better antiquate yourself to the case relating to Alito's orders, as it's not the same as the others.

The other lawsuits right now haven't even reached the courts. They're not "waiting for proof", they're waiting for lawsuits, and in one case, they're actually waiting for Democrats to show they segregated ballots and discussing among themselves how to proceed, as in, to a full court now, full court later (maybe grouping lawsuits together), dismiss entirely, etc.

I’m pretty sure we are talking about the same case.  Delivery extension?  Due to postal delays?

If so, the courts are likely going to view that the damage to the disenfranchised voter is real and measurable while the damage to the campaign is frivolous.  There might even be some evidence based on postal service activity under direction from the Trump administration that the disenfranchisement was intended.

As to the case related to the ballot inspections the poll-watchers implied they weren’t allowed inside grudgingly admitted that in fact they were, which incensed the judge.

Now Ima ask seriously - is there one I missed (related to Pa)

Me personally - that’s why I step up, hit a booth, vote in person.

So  you are saying that as Democrats you can decide whose votes can be counted? Afraid not. Not in MY country
