So the question is: what if there were no OLC memo? Would he be able to indict him? The Mueller report doesn't touch that, and Mueller makes that clear.

Thanks for the link. In there I found a link to a free audible recording. I will count that as "reading" the Mueller report cover to cover, just like "Crime and Punishment"

When you have so much hate for somebody and listen to one of the left wing networks (for what you believe is "news") and they report a damaging story about that person, the hater will believe it in its' entirety without a scintilla of proof, because they desperately want it to be true.. The one detrimental thing about being a hater is, you lose what little intellectual honesty you have left.

 

Yeah, Trump is a arrogant, trash talking New Yorker and he can be a jerk at times, I get it, it's not that appealing to a lot of people, especially Women, which worked against him in this election, but he's a successful jerk, one who genuinely cares about the welfare of the American people, he's the 2nd President in my lifetime who's actually followed through on his campaign promises, Reagan being the first,  Promises that I and the majority of Americans support.  What we'll get from a Biden Presidency is the same Democratic ways; No transparency, More Pay to Play, Higher taxation, Higher unemployement, Higher Gas and energy cost, More regulations that choke off business, more American companies moving operations overseas, Lower consumer confidence,  Higher crime rates, More illegals flooding our borders, Expressing weakness to the world,  A continuation of our failed public school system, depriving students of a quality education, the list goes on, and it's doubtful the mainstream media, who are propagandists will report on any of the above, and if they do, they'll blame it on Trump. 

 

All Republicans can do is look toward 2022, when Republicans win control of the House, increase their number in the Senate, handing Biden a lame duck Presidency for his last 2 years in office.

These states were relatively unaffected all year.  
 

I saw what happened in Texas when the trumpers were determined to open up and spit coat for ‘Merica and before the state masked up.  It was bad, and these people have a butchers bill coming.  It is going to be bad.    Cases count to hospitalizations - 10 days to two weeks.  Deaths lag hospitalization spikes by 14-19 days.

 

Moved up in the ranks this fall, cases per 100k, top states:

 

ND, SD, Iowa, Wi, Mississippi, Nebraska, Tn

 

No, these aren’t protests.  Whatever caused this happened in the last 2-4 weeks while huge crowds of people were listening to and clapping to their mocker in chief wondering where his opponents supporters were.

 

Trumpism has completely swamped the poor performance of the early blue states like NY, NJ, Ct who got hit early with the difference being by now we know what to do and a deliberate decision was made to not only do the opposite but mock those who do try to be responsible in their communities.
 

Nice try though.  That summer spike pales compared to what’s coming.   We had marches in Houston.  Film’s available.  Most of them wore masks.

 

Republicanism to me is this:  I never once looked across town, found “someone else”, and chose how I will conduct myself or what is right and wrong based on what those people were doing.  I’ll never join that or be a part of that mentality.  Sorry.
