i think the majority of the party will throw him under the bus at the first opportunity they can to wash their hands of him when they realize he has no more power over them.

i wouldnt be surprised to see william barr disbarred and indicted for corruption or abuse of power or something tbh, which is why i think he is keeping a low profile and his head down through all of this legal wrangling now

I don't either because everything with him was so doom and gloom. When I first started with the USGS we had this older guy there who would listen to Rush every single day and it got infuriating.

  They are all going to get pardons on the way out. Trump will try to self pardon and when that doesn't work, I wouldn't even be surprised to see Trump step down early and let Pence take over so Pence can pardon him.

Anyone that runs for office will be judged by whatever position they had in life, who they supported in the past, what they've said and done. Sometimes what scandals they had. I'm sure there could be some who wouldn't vote for you if you supported Trump in the past, and you're going to have to find some way to appeal to them if you really are interested in their votes. You'd also have to accept that you may never change a single mind on the subject.
