I asked you for the full report from CISA and you deflected just as you are now.  As I have said, I could not care less about the Trump stuff, but the Antrim County forensic audit is quite interesting.  I am still wondering why a country with Townships where there are very few votes would use machines at all.  I suppose some bureaucrat was wined and dined.

This is why I'm paying attention to things happening on the ground, people in over a dozen states putting in the work to ensure fair elections and overcome barriers to oversight, and largely avoiding the bad faith mess seen up and down discussions like this. It's merely a distraction. Just like this morning when Nevada Senator Rosen's response, to the claims of people on the ground trying to monitor elections issuing formal complaints, was to recite moronic Russia conspiracies and insult everyone who came forward. Just like with the litany of affidavits describing Democrat "poll watchers" not really monitoring the process (ensuring ballots were legally cast) but being "GOP poll watcher watchers" trying to get them kicked out of places and prevent their oversight, you see the bad faith efforts to undermine all over the place. Unfortunately this is the way things are.

Elections are all local!  I can certainly see the Democrats employing tactics like that.

I didn't skirt, I answered the question.

 

If you want my opinion on if, in the hypothetical scenario that voter fraud happened to the extent that Biden won the election when Trump should have actually won, then it depends:

- Was Biden involved in this hypothetical fraud? Then no, I would not want him to be President. I would expect he steps down (and then faces criminal charges) or is impeached (and then faces criminal charges)

- If Biden was involved, and Harris was involved also, then once Biden steps down or is impeached from office, Harris should also step down and/or be impeached and face criminal charges. At that point we would have a President Pelosi.

- If Biden and Harris were not involved, then no, I don't think they should step down. Having said that, I would expect he would understand and make clear that his presidency is in no way a mandate, and is only legitimate by the letter of the law.

 

In no case would, or should, Trump be retroactively made President for a second term. There is no constitutional mechanism or law that would allow that. I would be opposed to any extra-constitutional action.

If you feel a post from days ago warrants a violation then you should do what you feel is necessary. Personally I feel like if you thought it had been actionable trolling then you would have done it then, and that taking action now would just be petty revenge because you don't like my politics or whatever, but again: do whatever moderation you feel is necessary, or let's get back on topic.
