So the whole report is not about the presidential election but actually about a marijuana proposal that passed by one vote, some guy saying his constitutional rights were violated by the county even though he doesn't live in the county, and he's relying on a cybersecurity expert who has made incorrect analyses for other court challenges. Also the state doesn't opposed the release of the report, it just wants to protect some IP and have the chance to discuss the findings of the report too because it has reason to believe there are faulty analyses being made here as well. 

 

Forgive me, but this doesn't seem like (1) a big deal and (2) it's going to go anywhere, just like all the other cases.
