So the Biden legal team will for sure be showing this in court, as proof of fraud right?

Senators demand to know why election vendors still sell voting machines with ‘known vulnerabilities’

Four senior senators have called on the largest U.S. voting machine makers to explain why they continue to sell devices with “known vulnerabilities,” ahead of upcoming critical elections.

The letter, sent Wednesday, calls on election equipment makers ES&S, Dominion Voting and Hart InterCivic to explain why they continue to sell decades-old machines, which the senators say contain security flaws that could undermine the results of elections if exploited.

“The integrity of our elections is directly tied to the machines we vote on,” said the letter sent by Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Mark Warner (D-VA), Jack Reed (D-RI) and Gary Peters (D-MI), the most senior Democrats on the Rules, Intelligence, Armed Services and Homeland Security committees, respectively. “Despite shouldering such a massive responsibility, there has been a lack of meaningful innovation in the election vendor industry and our democracy is paying the price,” the letter adds.

Voting Machines Are Still Absurdly Vulnerable to Attacks

A new report details dozens of vulnerabilities across seven models of voting machines—all of which are currently in use.

WHILE RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE operations in the 2016 US presidential elections focused on misinformation and targeted hacking, officials have scrambled ever since to shore up the nation's vulnerable election infrastructure. New research, though, shows they haven't done nearly enough, particularly when it comes to voting machines.

The report details vulnerabilities in seven models of voting machines and vote counters, found during the DefCon security conference's Voting Village event. All of the models are in active use around the US, and the vulnerabilities—from weak password protections to elaborate avenues for remote access—number in the dozens. The findings also connect to larger efforts to safeguard US elections, including initiatives to expand oversight of voting machine vendors and efforts to fund state and local election security upgrades.

"We didn't discover a lot of new vulnerabilities," says Matt Blaze, a computer science professor at the University of Pennsylvania and one of the organizers of the Voting Village, who has been analyzing voting machine security for more than 10 years. "What we discovered was vulnerabilities that we know about are easy to find, easy to reengineer, and have not been fixed over the course of more than a decade of knowing about them. And to me that is both the unsurprising and terribly disturbing lesson that came out of the Voting Village."

How to steal every vote in the state of Georgia

Quote

The only remediation for Georgia’s current predicament is an immediate switch to a paper-based voting system. Optical scan machines, deployed to count paper ballots, are just as vulnerable to hacking as the current DREs, but with proper audits there is a very high chance of catching even a small change to an election outcome by bad guys (or errors). We know how to do this, and Georgia already has the resources to do it, with $10 million from a recent federal bill.

Switching systems this close to the October 15th early voting period will be no small feat, but it is the only option to safeguard Georgia’s election. A new voting system and complete overhaul is not necessary, as Georgia already owns enough optical scanners to count the paper ballots. Paper ballots are already being printed for mail in and provisional ballots. The print orders can simply be expanded.

The question of election hacking is no longer one of spectral fears. Our elections are under attack, and for Georgia in November, it’s a question of the controlled chaos of switching to a secure voting system, or complete unmitigated chaos when the election gets hacked. Georgia voters deserve to have their votes count, and the state’s gross negligence up to this point is no longer excusable. Georgia needs paper. Now.

And all of this plus $8 will get you a nice fufu drink at Starbucks. The Trump legal team doesn't seem to think that any of this warrants a place in their suits. Maybe it's not the smoking gun you're looking for.

Trump just doesn't know yet you can overturn the election after the President takes office (don't let the racist orange man see this one simple trick):

The Supreme Court Just Advanced A Lawsuit To Nullify The 2016 Election

Quote

A longshot legal petition to nullify the 2016 federal elections based on the Constitution’s “Guarantee Clause” just moved forward at the Supreme Court this week, after last week the Trump administration declined to reply. Our Supreme Court set the case for Conference on Friday, March 17th to put the petition in front of all of the Justices. (see below)

According to a career prosecutor interviewed for this story, four of the eight justices must then vote that Blumstein vs. U.S. meets their high standard to go to a full hearing. Additionally, the three Massachusetts women who petitioned the court have asked for the appointment of a Special Master, which is a special officer to weigh the evidence and make findings to the Court. There has never before been a case about the Constitution’s Guarantee Clause (which obliges the federal government to protect states from foreign invaders) like this decided in front of the Supreme Court.

Quote

Diane Blumstein, Nancy Goodman, and Donna Soodalter-Toman argue in the case, that Russia cyber invaded America and that our Intelligence Community’s reports in October and January, along with the FBI’s public statements prove that our Executive Branch concluded a foreign invader influenced the 2016 elections.

The lower court called the case of Blumstein vs. U.S. a “novel constitutional question,” but said that question of if the United States had suffered a foreign cyber invasion was a question best decided by the “political branches” of government like Congress or the Executive Branch.

Specifically on this forum, I see almost exclusively right-wing disinformation sources. I rarely see left-wing disinformation sources. (I'm sure somebody could post links, but it's not my point. My point is that the right-wing disinformation seems to outweigh the left-wing disinformation sources by a fair amount) I believe the main reason for this is that the far right has been very successful in selling a false narrative that established fact-based sources have been compromised and are untrustworthy, and those on the far right have been happy to uncritically accept that false narrative. So I agree that there disinformation sources on both sides, but right-wing sources seem to be used far more often to prop up a narrative.

You seem to be forgetting about the NYTimes, WaPo, CNN, etc. which are all quite left of center according to the website referenced elsewhere.

AllSides Media Bias Chart Version 3, 2020

This is a pretty good chart. Both NYT and CNN are both "left of center." I'm speaking of far right. Which is why you won't see me call out the right-of-center Fox News, as long as it's not the opinion side. (Hannity is a far right source, for example)

But yes, Huffington Post is far left. I haven't seen it cited in ages, but if I did see it in a thread I was active in, I would call it out.
