I'm currently waiting for my interview at the American embassy in London, I got  DQd on the 6th of August. Will I hear about my interview soon, what do you think?!

Define soon?  Sometime  in the first part of 2021 is best guess.  If you go back on lockdown,  all things could change

England started a 4-week lockdown on November 5.

I know I live I Portsmouth England, we're 4 days into our 4 week lock down, however the embassy is staying open.
