IS anybody here can help me to find an inexpensive CS to get my shot done...we tried to call some of CS listed in the USCIS but kind of expensive.

I'm sure you got the numbers from this, but here the LINK anyhow just in case you didn't. It seems to me there are a TON of CS' in Orlando, so all you can do is shop around till you find the lowest price. Also, I don't know if you can do this, but if you're covered, maybe you could get the shot elsewhere and bring something to a CS from the doc (or nurse) that does it saying you receive such and such vaccine, know what I mean?

Be very firm and clear that all you need done is the vaccination supplement, most like to quote a price for a full medical.

I had to bring the instructions from form I-485 and point out that K-visas dont need a medical, and only need vaccination supplement, when I did this the doctor stopped insisting on a $300 medical and did the supplement for $35.

thanks guys for the reply, i had my TD shot done and it cost us $60 including the sealed envelop for immigration.
