A few questions to the people in the know. @Hank_

There have been a few changes to the information that the Embassy has since its been 8 months since scheduled her scheduled interview.

Interview is now scheduled for Nov 19th.

1 - Does there need to be a new DS160 submitted?  We have had a child since original one was sent.

2 - She has updated Cenomar since hers was out of date

3 - She will need updated NBI also

Anything else that may be needed?

DS160 is still valid until January, so no need to update even with the addition of a child?

NBI will expire tomorrow. She will get a new one.

She can update the ds160 on the day of the interview. I will assume the child is a USC and it is information purposes only

1.  Good to go.    (DS-160 does not have an expiration date, valid as long as the information is still valid, small changes can be completed at the interview, big changes - complete a new one)

2. CENOMAR is a valid document for 1 year but the embassy usually likes to see them less than 6 mos. old

3.   NBI is a valid document for 1 year but the embassy usually likes to see them less than 6 mos. old

Most recent tax return/transcript and W-2/1099 and completed I-134 .

Document Checklist is STEP 5 in the below link:

We completed the second physical on 3 November and returned passport, updated NBI, updated CENOMAR and confirmed with SLEC that the medical was sent.   Emailed USEM and they have acknowledged that they have all documents.  We interviewed in February 2020 so now it is just a waiting game.  Hopefully the end is in sight.  Might recommend that your fiancee check out all travel requirements and take care of CFO.   Good luck.
