The form is not expired.  That's an expired government comment period.  Carry on.

This gets asked many times every week.   Use the current form on the USCIS website.

So your saying i should take an updated a new form i-864 to interview ?

It's not necessary to take a new I-864 to the interview when it is eventually scheduled, unless there has been a material change of circumstances since it was filed (different current income for example), because at the interview they may ask about the original I-864.  Because there may be a period of many months between DQ and the interview if there is a big backlog at the consulate/embassy because of the pandemic, they may ask if the I-864 information is current, so take a new one at that time if the sponsor's financial situation has changed.  Good luck!

The finicial sitaution didnt change at all! But the household size changed . But the annual income is still more than enough for everyone . Should i still take it or ?

no one is ever asked for that in my embassy though so i m kind of confused. I dont wanna forcefully create a problem for myself..

It means you need a new I-864 for the co-sponsor because the household size was not correct on the one originally submitted.  So make sure to take a corrected one to the interview.  Here's the problem if you don't fix this.  Your co-sponsor signed the I-864 under penalty of perjury that all information on the form is true and correct.  So if the error is not corrected at the interview, with a new I-864, and it is discovered at some point, it could jeopardize your US immigration process.  Why take that risk if you are confident that the co-sponsor still satisfies the income requirements to sponsor you?  It is never a good idea to lie on a federal government form.  Good luck!

Does it have to be uploaded to CEAC before interview?
