Green Card fee is paid online here:  https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/

The plastic card will not be sent until:

1.  The $220 fee is paid

2.  The new immigrant enters the US

At the interview, the CO should have given you a piece of paper or pamphlet on how to pay the $220 immigration fee.  Or they may give it to you when you pick up your passport with the visa.

Your A number is the registration number on the visa.  The DOS case id is the IV Case Number on the visa.
