Who is going to provide the vaccine to them?  This will be the big question.

Typically vaccines to developing countries get them donated or at below market value organizations like the WHO, Red Cross and others also secure vaccines for poorer countries.  To stop the virus once the vaccine is out countries with money are going to donate to places that can't afford the vaccine.

These are not normal times.  Access to the vaccine will be a huge problem for these developing countries unless they have a benefactor nation.

YMMV

But US does, and more than likely US will provide.

Why is it I can buy Pfizer brand birth control pills at Mercury Drugs for 100 pesos and come to the USA and need a script and pay 15 times more.

Why do you need birth control pills?

So if it is the US, why did you say China?

Pfizer says up to 1.5 billion doses to be available in 2021.  At that rate it will be 7 years to vaccinate the world.  Secondly, the Pfizer vaccine requires to be kept super frozen,  does Philippines have this kind of refrigeration available?

YMMV

I buy them in bulk in Philipppines for my wife in the USA.  Or she does when she visits her family in PI.

I say China cuz Duterte has his nose so far up rear end if they turned a sharp corner his neck would break, He has sold out to China.  I am sure he and his family will be rich for decades.

Other vaccines are coming on the market per reports in the USA, I see PI opening back up to at least US tourist by October.

I am more than willing to make a gentlemans wager with you, I trust you of 100 USD that US tourist can enter PI by October.  You up for the wager young man?

Of course not the world has not seen a pandemic like this in 100 years, but agencies are already working on getting vaccines to poor countries.  A vaccine is going to do zero good if some countries are left in the wind and travel is resumed it will have a chance to get out of control again.

Below are examples of orgs already working getting the vaccine out to poorer countries.

Example 1

Example 2

Example 3

Who said anything about travel resuming?

Logistics aside.  You still have to produce the vaccine.  Gates foundation of 100 million doses represents enough vaccine for less than 1% of the world's population.

You are kidding yourself if you think enough vaccine will be produce in 2021 to give you the immunity level to return to normal

It would be 'produced.'

I am choosing not to be pessimistic about the situation, lucky for me I can travel since I have family there I feel bad for those who can't travel.

I choose to be objective and real.   They need to farm out production to a country that has significant capacity to produce (such as India) for there to be a possibility of something more normal by late 2021.

YMMV
