Hungarian embassy being wrong

I've been waiting for my K1 visa interview to be rescheduled at the Hungarian embassy since March so I shoot them an e-mail yesterday and what they replied is just simply wrong.

They say they don't give k1 interviews because of the presidental proclamations. But that's just simply not true at all lol. 

 

Would you guys help me find all the evidence to prove them wrong so I could maybe convince them to change their minds?

They are correct.

 

They are referring the presidential proclamation for the travel ban for people who were/are in the Schengen zone.  Although family members (spouse, parents, children) of US citizens are exempt from the travel ban, fiance's are not.

lol no they are not. Just because you can't travel to the US through Schengen zone they could still give interviews. heck I'm in the states right now for 90 days just had to stay 14 days in Istanbul and then fly.

You do not have to believe me.  Just search the forums here for K1 visa interview requests being denied at other Schengen embassies, like Poland and Germany.

The fact is you are in Schegen area now, not in Turkey.

You're late to the party.  Should have joined this lawsuit if you want to convince the embassy to change their rules --
