Yes! I double checked from the email and on the visa.

If you want you can private message me those number I could try it. Other than that I’m not sure. It worked for me.

I tried as well. It didn’t work. My case was that we are waiting for the visa to arrive after the interview

They got their visa already. I don’t know if you need to wait for the visa for it to work. Since they might need time to put it into the system.

It might also be your internet blocking it somehow. I tried my wife parent number and it didn’t give me that error you are getting. It just say the number is not in the system.

I sent you a message. It’s been 3 weeks since my mom received her visa.

Same error you are getting. I would contact USCIS. When I tried to put my wife parent who haven’t done the interview yet. It said if problem continues after 5 days to contact them.

Thank you! I just want to make sure my internet isn’t the issue. I called them but couldn’t get a representative. I will wait for my mom to be here tomorrow, they’ll probably send a notice. We’ll see what we need to do next.

The problem here is that they have not issue the visa. I was able to pay for my Mother in Law visa as it was notified it being printed. For my father in law, he's waiting on lab result of possible TB, of which I couldn't pay for his fee. Make sure the visa were printed (We had a guy in VN that guided our parents and follow up on this for $100, he was on top of things and very helpful, especially for older immigrants).

Can somebody share the questions that the parents were asked? My mom has appointment in June 8.

Hi Jiinna,

I shared my parents' interview experience in this thread. You can check it out! Is your Mom's interview going to go ahead as scheduled or has it been postponed due to the worsening COVID situation in Vietnam? Either way, good luck to her!

Thank you so much, HanhChi! I’ll check the thread and thanks for the wishes. I am myself very nervous because they refused her a tourist visa back in 2019.
My mom lives in Moldova, not Vietnam, and currently COVID situation is getting better there, but you never know. Anyway, her interview is still scheduled for June 8.

For TB, they got her X-rayed though so I guess they get the results instantly . Why they don’t use X-ray in Vietnam?
