I'm not sure if this is already ask.

I applied for ROC for me and my k2 on October 13 and it arrived there October 15. I never got a text or email but got a hard copy of our NOA1/extension letter yesterday November 2nd and i notice that in the petitioner area of my k2 I-751 NOA they put her name as petitioner. We called USCIS and they said it's normal as she didn't file for her I-751. We still don't get it and my husband and i is lil bit confused. We think that the person we talk to has no idea what he was saying as he mention I-758 in some point lol

My question is.. is anyone in here that has a k2 and have the same problem/received the same form? Is this normal?

To be clear, you have two or more family member with Conditional Green Cards a spouse and one or more dependents.  You have filed i751 petitions for each.

I don't have any derivative co-petitioners in our case,  I will say that the petitioner for i751 is the green card holder so I think it would be normal them to be listed as the petitioner, of course the parent's i751 will need to be approved first for the child's i751 to be approved.

So your child to be listed as the petitioner would be normal regarding a i751 application to remove the conditions to their green card.
