Our AOS interview was on March 18th and the lockdown happened that day. It's been rescheduled for Nov 5th. I have all documents ready but lot of new stuffs have happened since then.

- We didn't have 2019 tax file documents and now we do. Was going to bring 2016, 2017, 2018.

- Our co-sponsor also didn't have 2019 tax file documents and now they do. Was going to bring 2016, 2017, 2018.

- We both were unemployed at the time and now we both have jobs.

- Both of co-sponsor have new jobs.

- Our assets have grown.

- Our co-sponsor assets have grown.

- We have more recent photos that we can add

So those are all the newer stuffs that has happened to us since then. Should I update the AOS interview documents list and add/replace with newer stuffs? New tax returns, new paystubs, new bank statements, new photos..

One more thing.

- Since then, we've also put most of our money into investments which the Form I-864 does not mention.

- Our co-sponsors have also put most of their money into investments.

So do we also need to provide investment statements? Possibly redo the Form I-864 again with newer info?

During the interview you will have a chance to update all the info.

And yes, you have to bring copies of all updated info.

What about the the Affidavit of Support Form I-864? It was last filled on March. Do I have to redo this form with newer info or just bring updated support documents on top of the previous one?

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: France
Timeline

The interviewing officer will update your Affidavit of Support on the computer during the interview. So you don’t have to bring a new paper version of it.

Make sure to make copies of all the originals if you want to keep the originals after the interview. The officer will take the copies to add to your file.

Make sure to bring all the foreign documents translated into English (with Certification Statement and signature of the translator).

Our original date was March 19th, but we got rescheduled and had our interview on the 21st of this month. I updated everything that I could and gave it to the officer when he asked if we had anything new to add to our file.
