Figured it would not hurt to get someone to review what I'm putting in the package. Looking at the site step by step guide/USCIS website and reading the forums I think I've covered everything but I would like to get feedback incase there is something I'm missing. I feel the part I'm most concerned about is having good enough evidence of meeting since hotel receipts and boarding passes were mostly lost or not obtained as most of our time was spent at each other's home residence.

Both of us are never married, no name changes, similiar ages.

G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transactions

I-129F Cover Letter

G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

I-129F

Passport Style Photograph for beneficiary

Passport Style Photograph for petitioner

Petitioner US Birth Certificate Copy

Single Letter of Intent

-This letter has separate statements from each of us declaring intent to marry with signatures from each of us in blue ink, we had signed it together on the same date and time.

Proof of Meeting Package (20 pages total)

Setup in a word document with numbered pages. First page includes biometrics pages from included passports and contents showing page numbers for each included trip. Scans are loaded onto document pages.

-Trip 1

--Contents page w/ page numbers

--Petitioner's Entry/Exit passport stamps for petitioner

--Petitioner's Health Insurance certificate purchased in beneficiary's country for dates of visit

--Petitioner's VIsitor registration for dates of visit with address of lodging as beneficiary's home address

--Petitioner's Boarding pass showing exit from country

--Petitioner's Credit card statement showing purchases in beneficiary's city

--Petitioner's Military Commander authorization for travel to beneficiary's country for purpose of spending time with fiance and family

--Petitioners Military Orders for visiting beneficiary's country showing dates and beneficiary's home address as lodging location

--Petitioner's Clearance Authorization filed with Embassy for travel to beneficiary's country showing beneficary's name, address, and contact number as place of lodging

--Petitioner's travel office e-ticket receipt/itinerary

--4 Photographs in different locations, 1 of which is in front of a museum sign in beneficiary's country. All photos have date, location, and persons in them annotated

-Trip 2

--Contents page w/ page numbers

--Beneficiary's entrance stamp into country

--Petitioner's exit stamp from neighboring country by vehicle

--Beneficiary's boarding pass for entering country

--Petitioner's credit card statement showing purchases in country

--Beneficiary's flight itinerary

--AirBNB receipt showing petitioner & beneficiary's names for lodging

--3 Photographs in different locations. All photos have date, location and persons in them annotated

-Trip 3

(this was a day trip we had taken so less information provided... however I thought it may be worth adding since it contains primary evidence within 2 years of filing.)

--Scan of beneficiary and petitioner's passports showing vanity passport stamps obtained. (City-state in europe)

--Photograph of both passport pages together

--Photograph of beneficiary and petitioner at location with date, location and persons annotated.

Thanks for the help.

You need two separate letters of intent to marry. They can both have the same text, but one signed by you and one signed by your fiancé. I've seen people get RFEs because they only included one letter of intent.

You can do a single "letter" as long as you have separate declarations.

YMMV

You need to  prove one meeting within the previous two years, not three.   No such thing as extra credit

payibka, do you feel it would be more adventagous to remove trips 2 & 3 from the package as trip 1 is the most complete in terms of proof. Less possible content for confusion or questions?

I feel you choose the best trip and "hit it out of the park" from an evidence perspective

We did on letter with both signatures with no RFE. Yes, some will get an RFE if not two letters, but it now becomes your choice. We had only one visit and included the necessary "proof" that we met. Passport stamps, some credit card, airline ticket with boarding passes, and hotel receipts.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback and information.

I'll go ahead and drop all but Trip #1 as I feel it has the most and clearest documentation for it and get a certified translation of my fiance's bank statement to also help further establish proof of presence in the same city. I think this will make my proof of meeting as airtight as possible and remove extra trips to keep the petition more succinct.

Additionally for the letter of intent her statement was basically copy and pasted from the example on visajourney. Since my statement on it is not as direct I will go ahead and do a second statement signed by me using the same verbiage since it takes a total of a few seconds and a single sheet of paper to avoid a possible RFE delay in an already overburned system.
