so my question is do i need to go for the interview with the old address or call them to change it or what do i do . it took me almost a year to get this interview. do i go and tell them i did send a change of address or what i am just confused

Did you take a copy /confirmation of your AR11 filing? How long back did you file?

If I am in your shoes, I will call the USCIS, tell them that you are getting the communication to your old address even though you have filed AR11. Also tell them that you want to attend the currently scheduled interview if allowed. Go for that interview.

By filing AR11 timely, you have done what is legally required. USICS didnt update their records with your AR11, it seems.

yes they didn't, but I called they said they would need to reschedule it to my new address. but going there would cost me so much money with my family, my wife and my kids . I would just wait and see the outcome .I would need to wait I have gotten my extension already so when are they ready they let me know what they think is best. I would have gone there and a prove that I sent that AR11 but the expenses for me would be much

If its too far and expensive, your choice is best: To get your interview re-scheduled near to your current location. Its just a matter of time. Go online and check for the current processing times for your local office to get an idea how long you may need to wait for the rescheduled interview.

I noticed my 'estimated time until decision' changed from 2 months to 28 days. I hope it means something...

Estimated time* until case decision:

approx. 28 days

that date don't count. sometimes it would be showing more and you have date for interview

Finally received my interview notice on 1/13, scheduled for 2/23. It has been very stressful for us in last couple of months waiting for this notice. I guess the FOIA request which I submitted on 12/10 helped. Good luck everyone!

Congratulations! By the way, did you get any response from your FOIA request before receiving your interview notice?

Thanks for any help!

Congratulations. Mine is next week. Did they ask you about the travel dates?

Do you think I should memorize the dates or I can have a look at my notes?

Thank you @Emilly2021

Yes, they did ask if I had any overseas travel since my application. Since I didnt have any travel, I said NO. Thus, no discussion around the TRAVEL DATES in particular.

Referring your Dates memorization: If you are talking about travel dates, you dont need to memorize, you can give approximate dates of travel. If you are talking about the interview questions(dates), you should.

I did download my submitted application(PDF from the online USCIS account), print it, carefully reviewed it, corrected where ever there is a mistake/update, highlighted with yellow pen, shared with the officer with those changes, He has done these changes. This way, you DONT NEED to MEMORIZE the travel dates as you already have them on the printed application form on your hand.
