My husbands ROC was rejected because it was filled out on an out dated form. The letter we received back just states to resubmit on the correct forms. My question is it still considered timely seeing that it was due 10/16 and rejected 10/27 and we received it back in the mail 10/30 and there was a green letter that said at the very end " Please review the relevant form instructions to determine if your new filing can be considered as timely. I do not see a new date on anything they sent back. Just need maybe some guidance on this.

Just get the new form back as quickly as you can!  You should be fine!

Just use the new form and send it back in ASAP

I’m just curious what date you sent your application?

how long did it take to receive it back?
