ROC and Income?

Hi everyone! We are about a year away from being able to apply for ROC and had a question regarding income requirements. My USC husband is considering quitting his full-time job to start his own business. I make enough to support both of us and so we were thinking of having him only pay himself minimum wage or so and keep the rest of the income in the business to grow it. As I understand it, there is no income requirement for ROC, like there is for a petitioning spouse during the AOS process. We just wanted to check that that is correct before we move ahead with this decision? We obviously don't want to jeopardize the immigration process.. thank you!!

There is no financial income requirement for ROC, you are correct.

There is no public charge factor in ROC or naturalization.

all you need for ROC is a tax transcript to see if your paying your taxes. No finance forms.

You just need evidence of joint finances with spouse it does not matter how much you earn only evidence that whatever was earned was joined together and deposited into a common joint account and you pay for expenses from that joint account. Have as many joint bills as you can and a joint lease or mortgage, and file taxes as married filed jointly.
