Potomac service center just went a year behind in the priority data?? what is going on ?

this has been happening quite frequently lately, I think at all the service centers. Its frustrating but nothing can really be done and calling anymore is about impossible with the robot calls now., Eventually all things will get better hopefully. Good Luck

It has been a year since we got married, I am sure some people are waiting for even longer than us. Hopefully it'll get better soon

I just called and told the data is correct, since they were shut down they are way behind and are processing cases from 2018, they said the system updates on the 15th of every month
