I have applied my wife we are on Cr1 visa. I have become documentarily qualified and i have NOT recieved interview yet due to a lot of backlogs in the embassy but i failed to upload some important documents on Ceac . My question is

if i upload those documents to Ceac Now will i be taken out of the interview line queue and be put back at the end? I dont want to take the risk of being put back at the end of the line. The backlog is crazy! Any advice plzz

Yes.  A new upload will require a review and will change your DQ date.  If these documents are that important,  bring them to the interview

YMMV

Thank you I appreciate!
i heard once the case goes the Embassy the option on Ceac to Add a joint sponsor disappears.. when the interview date is schuduled and the case goes to Embassy . uploading new joint sponsors documents under the label of old joint sponsor with providing a cover letter which explains that its a new joint sponsor be helpful ?

just so the documents are on ceac and theres no reason for delay!

to determine if a person is eligible to be a joint sponsor you look at the adjusted gross income On Tax Return right ?

That's only if the joint sponsor is self-employed.  For those with regular employment, the consul officer would look at evidence of current income, like pay stubs.

The joint sponsor is Regular employment, and files taxes as Head Of HouseHold (with qualifying person) ,

has 1  dependent .

do i count his spouse in?  Hes nowhere mentioned on the Tax..

A taxpayer whose filing status is Head Of HouseHold (with qualifying person) .. how much should the adjusted gross income be for them to be eligible to be a joint sponsor?

Tax filing status doesn't matter much.  What matters is household size and current income.

Check minimum income requirement here -- https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

Yes ! But the spouse isnt mentioned anywhere on the tax return. And filing status is Head of household which is considered UnMarried..  so i do still count the wife in the household?

so taxing filing does matter in this case . Because its considered as of unmarried

The consul officer won't care what IRS considers for tax filing purposes.  Follow the I-864 instructions to the letter.  Part 5 of the form details how household size should be calculated.  Part 5, item 3 says if currently married, enter "1" to count spouse as part of the household.
