To file a complaint, just go to ftc.gov/complaint, and answer the questions. Or call That's all there is to it. If you've been ripped off or scammed, complain to the Federal Trade Commission. It can help put the bad guys out of business.

 

you can also report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau in the city where they have corporate office (or city you went to an office)

 

and threathening you with immigration,   everyone in the US has freedom to voice their opinion

you have a right to complain or protest (anything other than break the law)

 

In NY state the Seneca Army Depot still "supposely" had weapons stored from the war and protesters would run the outside fence and all the military could do was drive inside to make sure they didn't cross over / they had a hard time keeping up with the olympic runner from a foreign country (but she had rights to protest )  During the Iranian and Irag War (1980) students from both countries were protesting on the grounds at the Washington Monument .

I'd think the moment they started threatening you it turned from fraud to extortion. But I'm not a lawyer.
